Question My Second Ram and My HDD cannot be detected on BIOS and Windows

I have just done build my first computer and when I turn it on, i cannot see my HDD and my second slot ram, i buy an 2x8gb ram stick and plug it on A2 B2. can someone help me with this problem ?
