My sky tech pc randomly restarts.

I bought this: https://www.amazon.com/SkyTech-Desktop-Gaming-Computer-FX-8350/dp/B01LAJ52RA#featureBulletsAndDetailBullets_secondary_view_div_1526213904679 and changed the cpu fan to a master cooler evo 212. Could that be why it restarts because i could watch a movie on one screen and let my gf game while the movie plays but it eventually would randomly restart. And does anyone know what better options for my pc for upgrades would be?

I’d bet it’s because they used a junk psu and trying to both at once is just enough strain to cause the system to restart.

You might not be able to send it back since you altered it (could put original back on).

Do use a program like OCCT to stress the cpu and gpu to make sure it’s not a temperature thing(usually temps are throttle no restart).

You could spend $50 or so on a decent psu to see if that fixes it. White label (2017) Corsair CXM is as low as I’d recommend. Buy from a place with a good return policy in case that’s not it.
