Question my smps or mother got fused someone help

when i started my pc it was okay after 5 seconds i heard some current voice near smps i think before i could take any action my pc got off then it didnt start again and it has no current no rbg lights is working maybe smps got fused along with motherboard or possibilty of only smps got fused
motherboard is msi z370 gaming

"Fused" - do you perhaps mean "fried" as in electrically damaged?

Unfortunately fused is a word also used with respect to electricity and there may be some confusion in translations.

Likewise Corsair v650 being a PSU (which may be translating into "smps" - I truly am not sure) is a similar problem.

As best I can understand or otherwise work out, you heard some cracking or other electrical noises from the PSU just before PC turned off.

How old is the Corsair PSU? Do you do lots of gaming or video editing. Or bit mining?

Update your post to include more hardware information about your PC. Are you running Windows 10?
