[SOLVED] my smps or mother got fused someone help

when i started my pc it was okay after 5 seconds i heard some current voice near smps i think before i could take any action my pc got off then it didnt start again and it has no current no rbg lights is working maybe smps got fused along with motherboard or possibilty of only smps got fused
motherboard is msi z370 gaming
smps -corsair v650

Were you using a GPU?

The only way to tell would be to replace the power supply. This was not a particularly good power supply and if you were using a GPU, it was a very poor choice.

system was good from last 3 years
gpu is 1080ti it was working and i believe its still good

Assuming you mean VS650, it has only a 3 year warranty. If you've had it for 3 years or less, you should be able to RMA it,

A Corsair VS, a PSU designed as an entry-level PSU for basic rigs, mixed with a 1080 Ti is an extremely poor match.

Remember, for a PSU "functionally on" does not mean "safe" or "working properly."
