My son's xbox 360 keeps shutting down the Internet in the whole house

Whenever he connects his xbox 360 the entire network crashes we are all tech cavemen so please keep it simple is it the wireless network card? And can it be fixed he is soon upgrading to xbox one elite but until then he is losing his mind playing games on his phone help please

Hi,

Sounds like you're router is having a hard time with the xbox... Do you or anyone you know able to go in your router and make some changes ? Try opening ports 88 & 3074 for the xbox and I think that can resolve your issue.
