Hi,
My Computer doesn't recognize my digital Camera, I even
installed the USB Driver that was in a CD with the Camera
but nothing happened with that too and because I have
Windows XP it doesn't need any CD install for this as it
say in the Digital Camera Catalog.
By the way i connected my digital cam with my friends
computer and it was OK, and also his camera had the same
problem with my Computer that's why i think the problem
is with my computer and the USB connection on the
Motherboard?
Plesase Help me on this,

G

Follow the installation instructions supplied with your Sony Cyber-Shot W1
to the letter. Failure to do so is usually the cause of problems such as
you describe.

I had same problem with my camera after installing sp2. I was told to remove
"real Player". I don't know any of the reasons, but I did it and my camera
is working fine now. I plug it in and Windows opens up the camera wizard
like it should. Give it a try, it worked for me. I have not reinstalled
real player yet, I heard they are working on a fix.
