My Sony VAIO VPCEE3J0E turns on, but doesn't read BOIS (

I have a Sony VAIO PCG61611M and it seems to turn on. The power button lights up and the cooling fan comes on after it's left on for a little bit. But there is no POST or display, I thins it can reach to DATA in BIOS! I really need some advice and help.

Well, I checked my laptop step by step, at first time I add a monitor and switched to VGA connector, the result was same that mean my screen was OK. Then I removed RAMs and checked both slots by replacing with new RAMs, still the screen was back. finally it took the motherboard out of the laptop and re-flow (re-heat) the graphic card IC, BINGO, my Laptop back to normal, I think under the IC was try joint. You should more care attention when you want to re heat with hot air rework station. that was very exciting experience working on SMD motherboard.
