My Sound Will Not Work

I have tried pretty much everything I found on the internet. No devices show up in my device playback other than AMD HDMI OUTPUT. I used to have communications headphones and realtek playback before I reset my PC. I have tried the troubleshooter and it does not help. I have tried the device manager and it does not help.
