My speakers aren't working. Please help.

I have eternal Dell stock speakers and they aren't expelling sound. I don't understand how! I went to the bottom right and made sure that the settings didn't have the muted or anything and i don't have the speakers manually on mute. I'm just lost and I could use some help.

Assuming the speakers themselves haven't failed, sometimes a Windows restart will cure that problem. If it doesn't, try re-installing the sound driver.

Ok and whats a WINDOWS restart? I'm assuming you mean just a normal restart right?

That doesn't really do anything.. These are brand new speakers.

Sorry i forgot. How do you do that? I saw no videos of it on youtube. (Somehow..)
