will dis all for extreme gaming
on ultra graphics n 1080 resolution wid constant 40 above fps??
Or should I Increase my ram to 16gb n cabinet cc 819??

On GTA V Ultra Settings 1080p, the 960 got an average of 54 fps. So on most games you will receive over 40fps. Only upgrade RAM to 16GB if your looking to play RAM consuming games such as Star Wars Battlefront.

A lot of recent games run smoother with 16Gb,not because they really need them but because they are such crappy ports and the caching from/to the system ram hides a lot of problems.

Also ram is cheap right now.
