My specs have a problem

Hey everyone!

My rig is:
i3 7100
GTX 1060 3gb
8gb ram 2133 MHz
motherboard msi h110 pro-d

when I play cs go I get around 180- 220 fps.. I don't think that's normal :/ My pc is new I got it like 3-4 days ago
On league of legends, on 1920x1080 high settings( not very high) I get around 200-220 fps. On minecraft, around 600-700 on skywars
I mean what's wrong??
And when I tried to start the recording just filming the desktop, it said high encoding cpu usage, please help me!!!

You shouldn't record with an i3 (an i7 would be much better), but what's wrong with FPS? What are your expectations with that hardware?

from what i've seen on youtube this config should run MUCH better and CAN record with that i3

You shouldn't presume everything on YT is true and can be duplicated. It says that because your recording software requires quite a bit of CPU cycles and an i3 just has less resources than an i7. If you use OBS then you should read this: https://filmora.wondershare.com/screen-recorder/obs-high-encoding-warning.html You could use Resources Monitor to monitor the recording software CPU utilization.
