My Specs: Need Upgrade

My specs right now are
8 GB of Ram
64 bit operating system
Windows 10
Intel Core i5-4460 Cpu 3.20 GHz
Geforce GTX 745

I want to upgrade one of this things. my price range is 150$ and maybe just a little over. I also I would like to be able to run Squad around 40-50 fps and many other games like Unturned, Arma 3, Player Unkown Battlegrounds. I would think to get a gtx 960 but i want to see other people thoughts.
