hey guys.. i will try to make a long story short

installed windows 7 on my ssd samsung pro 850
after installing did some windows updates just then i discoverd i need to make my other 3tb drive gpt in order to use full capacity
+ windows update did some problems.
so i go to cmd made the 3tb GPT (i checked it was the right one..) and installed new windows
when i tryd to install new windows the installation did not let me format my ssd and sad windows could not be installed on that drive.
i checked again and only 3tb showd as GPT!
So i used 'delete' and deleted the SSD
then install new windows copy
after 1 day suddently my computer wont boot
saying to choose a partition and does not find a windows installation
i go to disk part from DVD and saw my ssd is marked as GPT 😱
was shocked. i did a fix boot cmd and that made windows load back up
BUT ! only when in bios i boot from "Windows Boot Manager:Samsung pro 850..."
and when i boot straight into the samsung it still shows no partition
tryed to disconnect the other 3tb hard drive to see if the boot is maybe connected
and actually only with the ssd my computer booted amazingly fast

so.... i connected it back in
and the booting is more slower.
WTH is going on ? can anyone advise ? would that make problems that my windows is istalled on GPT and loades up just with boot manager ? would realllly dont want to format again soon. so im waiting for your response. thank you so much

BTW
They still both GPT right now.
i checked diskpart for details. on ssd(512GB) there is 2 volumes, one is for 472gb for "Boot" and the other is 100MB for "System" is that how it should be ?

Solution
You cant format the ssd if you're in windows, and windows is on it. You have to do a clean install

I would start again disconnect the 3 TB, enable UEFI in the BIOS disable secureboot.

Then reinstall windows on the ssd. If you want windows on it. Then either turn it off reconnect the 3 TB. Or update it turn it off then reconnect the 3 TB
