Question My SSD is crashing everytime I shuted it down normally

My SSD hard drive has an issue
That when I shut it down normally than I turn it on it gives me a bsod screen critical prosses died but when I force shut it down It show me there's no bootable device till 20 forced shut down after all it works and turn on without any problem ?? Where is the problem here is it a hardware or software issue and where exactly is it?

Make and model of your SSD and it's age? On second thoughts, you will need to list your full system's specs. Take note of the version of BIOS for your motherboard as well.
