Question My ssd is faulty?

I got a new lexar nm620 ever since i got it my pc crashes inconsistently but frequently
I tried puting windows on my hdd and taking out the ssd no crashes. I put the ssd the pc crashes

2 hdds 500gb 7.2k rpm
Saphire pulss rx 580 8gb
Psu: Dn400 (8 months since i bought it )
Bios:f56g
 
PC crashes have little to nothing to do with the storage device, rather the Windows install (most of the time). Resetting/clean-installing Windows should fix these issues, but we can also further pinpoint the issue if we take a look at the event viewer.
