So i got a 2.5 kingston A400 240 gb ssd and its placed behind the motherboard (left panel) with all the cables that run from the power supply to the motherboard so it doesnt really get airflow. It idles at around 48 celcious but during heavy duty anything above 5 mins of full speed it starts reaching temps of 58 celcious at which point it throttles. My question is what exactly can i do to cool it down. ( i can move it to the front to get more airflow but i dont know if that will help)

I would start by doing exactly that and see what results you get.
I'm not sure what you mean by 'running it at full speed' but you could also be running out of emulated SLC buffer space and the drive dropping to it's native speed which could also be interpreted as throttling.
