omg yes! i was using RAPID and i didn't know what it exactly did so i turned it on. and thats why my 6 gb ram would almost run out if im paying a game with chrome and some other programs open. i turned it off and everything is back to normal. THANK YOU!
Yes, it uses RAM for caching the drive. Main thing is that RAPID elevates only sequential read and write which is of limited use with small files that OS and programs use most.
