So since i have this computer, i sort of had the problem that my computer occasionally freeze itself. At the first thought, maybe its something normal. But as the time goes my computer ALWAYS freeze for around 20-60 seconds just to open a program (ex/ Notion, Chrome, Spotify, etc). Here's my computer specification:
CPU : Ryzen 5 2600
GPU : GALAX GTX 1060 6GB
Memory : KLEVV 16 GB
SSD : GALAX 120 GB
HDD : WD Blue 2TB
Motherboard : AsRock AB350 Pro 4
Recently, i have updated the BIOS to the 5.40 version and still freeze all the time when opening a program and just doing some basic stuff.
Here's some SSD benchmark and task manager
So, basically i was running the benchmark and when it was benchmarking the read speed, it actually just freezed and the disk transfer rate was just at 0 MB/s almost all the time (just a few spike and it was really rarely). Then at the task manager, i was trying to open up Notion and the ssd load just spike up to 100% and as you can see the disk transfer rate was at 0 MB/s.
Then i checked my ssd health. I actually confused. Here it says that my ssd's health was actually really good at 97%
I already did all the internet suggest me to do like disable superfetch, update bios, i have once reinstalling my windows and most of them aren't fixing the issue i have.
Surely i hope someone can help me to fix it.
Thank you
