the m2 slot is at the buttom of the mobo, the first one is used already

Second M.2 slot doesn't support NVME x4, only x2 and that's only SATA speed.
What is your other M.2 and on which disk are your windows ?

As noted above...in that slot on that motherboard...that is all you will ever get from a drive like that.
