Hello Guys,
I've an adata sx900 128gb SSD , it was working very good without any problem
And something happnd so i wanted to take a files from this SSD by using another PC so i used Mini Sata Connector to easy connect the SSD to PC
something like that :http://
The SSD been detected by the PC but it say it need to be formated

I worried so i plug it back in my PC and i saw the Message Bootmgr not found, I tried to check if it detected in BIOS but sadly it also dosent detected by BIOS

and i tried to use the Mini Sata Connector in the other PC and the SSD isn't detected too

I know this problem comes because the SSD dosent got enough power.

Is there are a solution of my problem ?

Remark:
*The Sata cables it perfect
*The other Drivers (HDD) Work good
*I opened the SSD cover to see if there are a broken capacitor but it seems to be good

Thanks in Advance

Best Regards.

If now it can't be detected even by the computer that used to be able to do that or by any other computer and by the BIOS as well, I guess you should try your luck with a data recover company. Unfortunately data recovery for SSD's is pretty tricky and very difficult 🙁

I you decide to give up on data recovery, you could try and get it replaced even if it's still under warranty by contacting the vendor you got it from or the manufacturer's customer support.

Good luck!
Hey there anouar258.

Try the SSD again with the computer that recognizes it, but says that it needs to be formatted. However, this time try accessing it via Ubuntu Live USB/DVD, to see if it's able to recognize the partition/s properly and if you can get to your data so that you can back it up. If that doesn't work perhaps data recovery software might be able to do the trick: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1644496/lost-data-recovery.html & http://pcsupport.about.com/od/filerecovery/tp/free-file-recovery-programs.htm.

Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.
