My SSD wont show up on My Computer

i bought a new ssd recently and installed windows on to the drive. however when i put my old ssd in, it shows it on on disk management and my devices but cannot see it or open it on my computer

Did you checked at the BIOS configuration?

here it is, i cant put the actual picture here for some reason, the drive i am having issues with is drive 2.

You need to assign it a drive letter in disk management...
