My Standoffs won't fit into my case?

the standoffs which came with the case only fit a part of the way into the case.

Is this supposed to happen and if not what do i do?

Not normal.

You may try forcing it with some pliers or something.

Either that or just skip 1 hole if only one doesn't work.

As long as some strategically placed ones work, you can get by with only half of them pretty easily.

several don't work i think only 2 fir properly

Exactly which case do you have?

You could try calling the manufacturer and asking if this is a common thing.

Get a socket that fits the standoff,
Or insert a screw into it and screw it into the case, then use pliers to stay the standoff while you unscrew the screw
If you get nowhere using those techniques then yes, call customer support
