Raiddinn Splendid Oct 21, 2011 5,123 0 26,460 Mar 7, 2012 #2 Not normal. You may try forcing it with some pliers or something. Either that or just skip 1 hole if only one doesn't work. As long as some strategically placed ones work, you can get by with only half of them pretty easily.
