Um... I thought tapped creatures naturally can't attack or block.

I think that's the whole point. Look at the card's name.

I've got a few comments about this one:

1) Brush of Doom is open negotiable in a sense that everyone's got different
taste in artwork, and those fights will never end

2) Pablo's Revenge: How the heck are you gonna be able to tell if there's
more than 32 colors unless you've got a high-powered microscope and some
serious time in your hands you're gonna be validating that one for awhile.

3) Big Bang: What happens if there's a counterspell war, do they all get
ripped up, and id feel bad for someone if they played a Akroma, Angel of
Wrath or a Platinum Angel and got it countered (cries as it gets torn up).
And the "cannot play it for 2 weeks..." if they are as resourceful as me,
buy the card again, and play against someone else [bare root, this card's
got issues]

4) Rule of WOTC: In case nobody remembers rules.... Tapped creatures cannot
attack or block anyway.... so even IF they played this, it'd be redundant.

5) Karrussel: All's I can say is *this card* + Psychogenic Probe.... game
would end quickly. It's kinda hard to forget to shuffle your library esp.
if there's something in play that forces you to.
