My Synaptics Trackpad is not scrolling

I am not able to use the RIGHT side of the trackpad to Scroll. I use the arrows on the right of my laptop. This is a little awkward because I am onehanded with my left hand. Can I change the way this 'mouse' works?

yes get the latest synaptic touch-pad driver from the manufacturer website
in it you can configure the side and the space of the scrolling section for your touch-pad

Thanks Beastboy06. I am still having difficulty. My pc kept saying that i had the most current version. When I went to Synaptics, the download just resubmitted the version I had. So i have disabled Windows 10. Now I am trying another website for a new version. This one (Synaptics) still is giving me a more recent ver (8/15) but not the current version (3/16). wot to do???
