My system BSOD'd , now only 3/16gb of RAM usable

It all started when I closed Teamspeak. I clicked the X and nothing happened...I sorta ignored it for a few minutes, then my mouse cursor slowed to a crawl for about half a second then froze, and I saw my favorite oh-so-blue screen of death appear (which stayed there for 20 minutes trying to dump a crash report until I forced a restart).

I still don't know why It did that in the first place, but the issue now is that windows says that only 2.96gb of my 16gb of installed RAM is usable. Resource monitor tells me that the rest is "Hardware reserved". Restarting did nothing, and I can't think of how to restore the rest of my memory. I did go through the services earlier and disable the unnecessary ones, so it's possible that I tagged one that caused this issue.
I also read on another thread that OS corruption can cause this sort of issue, and I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case(given the BSOD).

Any help you can give is greatly appreciated

After digging through a bit more of the internet, I discovered that the "Maximum Memory" option in MSConfig provides very little benefit for very large memory usage. I unchecked that, rebooted, and it worked perfectly.
