Do you have a PCI-E x16(or whatever that thing is called) slot on the MotherBoard? If yes, then it will possibly work.

95 percent of motherboard have pci express x16 ports so your almost has to have one and most graphics cards including the one you have will work directly off the x16 port with no extra power even if the card supports a x-16 3.0 port the card will run fine in the older versions of the port so as long as your psu is over 250watts or so and capible of at least 12 amps i think you should be fine
