Hello everyone my names Amir!

I have this config :

MOBO : Z97 GAMING 7
CPU : I5-4690k
RAM : 8GB DDR3
GPU : AMD 6950
OS : WIN7 64bit Integral

First of all i had a problem where my CPU always stuck at 300mHz

fixed the problem with ThrottleStop
with disabling BD PROCHOT

NOW the problem is after i leave my PC for 30 min or more it freezes and i have to shut it down and turn it on again even reboot button doesn't work !
what may be the problem here ?

Thanks for your time have a good day !

If your PC is "always stuck at 300Mhz" the chances are good that your cooling solution is insufficient, and in order to deal with high temperatures your CPU is being throttled to reduce the temperature at the expense of performance. What are you using to cool the CPU and what temperature does your CPU hit when it is idle, and conversely what temperature does it hit when it is under load?

This could also be a VRM temperature or a PSU problem too. What is your PSU model and Wattage?

Thanks for your reply :

i do have a bad cooling system cause i'm only using Intel stock fan
the temperatures hits 75°C when gaming and when only browsing on the internet and watching videos or movies it is at 40~50°C I'm waiting to get a decent a fan like the HYPER 212 EVO
My PSU is the FSP HEXA + 500w

Might be a setting in throttlestop that is causing this. Try disabling it and see if your system still hangs.
