evry thing is 1 month old
cpu: i7 3770k
GPU: SLI 2way 760
700W psu thermaltake
ram: gskill 16gb (2x4gb and 1x8gb)
HDD:1tb and 500gb 7200rpm WD
freeze happens randomly but when I play TITANFALL, bf4 or gmod it happens more often. evrything freeze and i need to manualy reset the machine. also note that durring the freeze i dont hear any sond from speakers or the fans are not getting louder or anything.
Try running without one of the 760s, and take out the 8GB stick of RAM. See what happens then.
What kind of temperatures are you getting on the CPU, motherboard, RAM, and both 760s?
dont worry about temps im water cooled and i tried evrything possible when it comme to hardware. Ive switched the 760s and removed one also tested all my ram sticks one by one.
I suggest updating your bios if it needs one. It could be a motherboard or power supply problem; thermaltake isn't known for quality, and if you're overclocked, you'll be putting a little bit of stress on it.
And look at your motherboard and other temps. Just being watercooled doesn't mean thermal paste was applied correctly and your motherboard is getting enough cooling

I always monitor my temps and dont worry about paste I did it myself (Im not saying im perfect but i did it ok) i will update my bios but can you explain why im getting the error id 7001?
