I have tried installing fresh windows 10 (by creating bootable pen drive from a laptop via official media creation tool) but it gives bsod in between.

I tried running ubuntu from a bootable usb but it gets stuck while trying ubuntu(without installing) and i have to hard shut down by long pressing power button.(similarly gets stuck in safe mode in already installed windows)

I have tried switching graphic card but that didnt help.

It gives bsod on installing windows screen where it says copying files, getting files ready for installation etc.

Details of my PC:
RYZEN 5 3500
INNO3D GTX 1060/Zotac GT 1030
MSI A320M A PRO MAX
8X2 GB 2400MHz DDR4 CORSAIR-VENGEANCE LPX
CORSAIR VS 550
Samsung 850 evo

Yes pc gets stuck while using ubuntu live usb and i have to long press power button to shut down.

if it crashes at the "Getting files ready for installation" step, it could be the ssd since at that stage its copying files off the USB onto the SSD, and after the restart that follows its runs off ssd.
Right at that stage its at, its still running from RAM

Odd linux wouldn't even run from usb though

do you have newest bios on motherboard?

i don't know of any way to test Samsung ssd without windows on them , can run chkdsk off the installation disk, might see if it shows anything

boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type chkdsk c: /f and press enter
2 paragraphs may pop up, just agree to run at restart if it asks for that (it may not since you running off the usb)

try using this on USB and look at drive health - https://pendriveapps.com/crystaldiskinfo-hard-drive-monitor/

I have latest bios on the motherboard.

This is the chkdsk result:

Crystal info is not detecting both of my USB drives. I tried hard disk sentinel but it is also not showing health or performance data.

One more thing, when i boot with the windows 10 installation USB. It shows weird lines on startup. It shows lines like in the image and once it showed similar lines of blue colour on top of windows logo:

does it show up in the bios?

have you tried using another usb to make installer? might be buggy

was windows on pc before this all started?

I have 2 usb sticks. On one i have windows 10 installation and on other one i have ubuntu.
I also have 2 old laptop hard discs(Seagate HDD and HP HDD) , do you want me to have the windows installation files on one of them .

Windows was already installed and working. I assembled this about an year ago. I was getting random bsod from months. I updated drivers like amd chipset driver, realtek lan driver, realtek audio driver, nvidia latest studio driver, updated the bios to latest version.
Now it hangs or bsod within 2 minutes.

ssd looks okay, not sure if swapping to hdd will get you any further but you can try.
it seems to me that if it won't even run the ubuntu live USB, there is something wrong with hardware, and swapping hdd shouldn't make a lot of difference.

Need to test other things to remove them from list.

Do you have another PC you can make things on?

use the Usb the win 10 installer is on to make this, you would need to recreate installer though. So maybe get another usb- - Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

can use this to test CPU
Prime 95 bootable - https://www.infopackets.com/news/10113/how-fix-bootable-prime95-stress-test-hardware

Prime 95 how to use Guide: http://www.playtool.com/pages/prime95/prime95.html

i doubt gpu would have anything to do with it.

Crystal info is not detecting both of my USB drives.
So it wouldn't let you install it on either drive? that could be a clue. It would be annoying if the USB drives are the cause.

I tested installation with HDD but it gave bsod.

I dont have a PC but i have a laptop.

I have started the memtest86:

I ran cinebench when pc started giving bsod more frequently. I also ran bench with msi cpuz application. Both of these tests didnt cause a bsod. Can these tests be considered as proof of cpu working fine.

What problems do you think usb drives can have.

Is there a way to test power supply and motherboard.

Hi, open your C:\Windows\minidump folder.
Copy the files to your desktop or documents folder. This is necessary in order to clear the file permissions.
Zip them up if you like.
Upload them to a file sharing service such as Google Drive or OneDrive.
Be sure the files can be publicly accessed by anyone and post the link here.

It shows random bsod code everytime.
I think it is some problem in my motherboard.
Edit: swapping motherboard didnt help
