I have tried installing fresh windows 10 (by creating bootable pen drive from a laptop via official media creation tool) but it gives bsod in between.

I tried running ubuntu from a bootable usb but it gets stuck while trying ubuntu(without installing) and i have to hard shut down by long pressing power button.(similarly gets stuck in safe mode in already installed windows)

I have tried switching graphic card but that didnt help.

I tried using DRAM Calculator for Ryzen. When i run the MEMbech, windows definitely stays on longer (than without running MEMbench.) But it always shows a red spike at 90.3% Task scope and at that point system restarts or windows is hung.
I ran the MEMbench 4 times (with both sticks tested in both slots one by one.)

"other stick i have not tested"
Try it on it's own in the comp, if it boots up Ok, no errors when using the comp, that is a final test.
Same test for the other stick, in other words, only 1 stick at a time.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

  1. Open Windows File Explore
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
  3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
  4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
  5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
  6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
  7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

note: if you currently have no page file, this won't work as it needs a page file to record to data.

You only have 3 drivers running
Oct 17 2008inpoutx64.sysKernel level port access driver http://www.highrez.co.uk/
Feb 07 2019amdgpio2.sysAMD GPIO Controller Driver from Advanced Micro Devices http://support.amd.com/
May 24 2019rt640x64.sysRealtek NICDRV 8169 PCIe GBE Family Controller driver https://www.realtek.com/en/

so that could be part of it.

Did you look on motherboard website after installing windows?

Edge was victim of top crash, I would update lan drivers, 4th link down under windows - https://www.realtek.com/en/componen...0-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software

I would get chipset drivers, you don't have any - https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/a320

what GPU are you using?

last 4 crashes. the victims are all parts of windows, its unusual to see task manager crash. dwm.exe = windows desktop manager, it talks to gpu drivers. not sure what WMIADAP.exe does anymore - https://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/wmiadap.exe.html

I have installed Chipset, Audio, Lan and Graphics drivers:
https://i.postimg.cc/y8r07j2B/Drivers.jpg

But i still got TIMER_OR_DPC_INVALID and KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE BSOD . Here are the mini dump files created after installing drivers:
https://1drv.ms/u/s!AiF3pMjdcNyJgR1dQCcMpsH6CeFo?e=ziVPGd
Sometimes the windows shuts down without creating mini dump file when error happens.

I am using Nvidia GT1030 Graphic card.

its unusual to see task manager crash.
I had opened the task manager to check the ram usage. maybe thats why it is showing it in the mini dump files.(The mini dump files i have posted above were created when i left the windows idle without opening any application)
