my system keeps locking up while gaming

seems fins when I am just surfing the net but even on older games it keeps locking up

Full system specs? Define locking up - are you talking about games freezing or computer freezing or the computer rebooting?

Run memtest86 on your RAM sticks, uninstall your GPU drivers using DDU and reinstall them.

It is a hard lock up, the screen freezes, sometimes the sound will continue to play some times not. The computer will not respond to anything, I can not get the task manager to pop up or any response. So i have to hold the power button and do a hard restart. I have just done a complete reset of the system last night and had it wipe my hard drives. and i will run some games when i get home and if it still has issues i will post my dxdiag log. tonight when i get home from work.

so ram is okay, all new drivers same issues

What are your temps like? Download HWinfo and check the temps. The 9590 is a chip that is known to run very hot.

Reapply the thermal paste on the components (CPU) and clean out the PC for dust.
