My system restarts with blue screen error every 1 second

Hello,
I am using windows 7 ultimate edition here my system restarts eery 2 seconds with a blue screen error, i hae tried cleaning the ram but it is not coming up at all, what may be the solution .

Did you change anything in the bios, or install any programs before this started?

I would run memtest86 to check the ram.

try to boot into safe mode my tapping the F8 key when you power up. From safe mode you can run the bult in ram test or the disk check. As Beast said i would start with ram because its a short test like 15 minutes, if it passes then i would run disk check.

Did you install any new cards, drivers, or programs? If so from safe mode you may be able uninstall those.
