Question My system usage has tripled

Hello,
I am experiencing issues with my system. It appears that every program/process that is running is now taking up triple the amount it normally would. When I play video games, I experience lag spikes and FPS drops anywhere from 20-100 (I often notice it is worse when I am moving the camera around. When I open new tabs on google chrome, everything drops to like 10-15fps whilst it opens, but when I close it, its smooth. It's almost as if when I start a process, it lags hard, but when im using it, it's fine.
I have ran malware and cleaners on my system with no avail.

If anyone knows of any solutions, please let me know
