Build Advice My system won’t detect my hdd

I recently got a new ssd to install in my pc and today I tried to do that. After unplugging everything, I went to plug in the sata power cable for the ssd and had to unplug my hdd power cable in the process. Now my system doesn’t detect my hdd, which had windows installed on it. I get a blue screen when i turn my pc on and it says missing system32.

mobo: ASUS strix b350-f cpu: Ryzen 5 1600 gpu: Nvidia GeForce 960ti psu: EVGA 650w g3 hdd: 1tb WD ssd: Samsung EVO 250gb and new 1tb

BIOS didn’t recognize the hdd, so i don’t think it was detected

I just tried booting up with only my hdd plugged in and now it only goes to BIOS

Update: I tried all of the sata cables and stat power cables and it didn’t work. I presume my hdd is broken so I’m getting a new one and reinstalling windows
