A mobo with a nforce 4 ultra will be better.
My <A HREF="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813123236" target="_new">EPOX</A> even included the round cables so you could save that money for something else.

If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one thath will go wrong first will be the one that will do the most possible damage

I would recommend OCZ ram over Kingston, the gold series is good, but VX even better.

Harddrive go with a pair of 76G WD Raptors, and you can use Raid0.

I'd recommend Liteon Optical drives, LG has problems reading some disks.

Go with Powerstream instead of Modstream power supply

I don't know... saving 50 dollars on the motherboard could be a good idea. But then again there is the possibility that crossfire works on Nforce4 boards. So the DFI in the end is probably a good idea.
