Hello,
I have home studio for music production. Currently I've done everything I've read Memory GSkill 1333 DDR3 16GB 4x4 AMD 965 Quad and Gigabyte GA-MA-790XT-UD4P Am I suppose to update the Bios or not? It seems I'm running into brickwall for speed. What do you know about this? Appreciate your time.

Bios Updates are good but they will not make anything faster by themselves. Have you overclocked anything?? Your chip should hit 4 Ghz with out much trouble but you will need after market cooling.
