My System's Bottleneck?

Can anyone find the bottleneck of my system? What I should upgrade/Buy more of. Because I am not entirely sure my system is at it's best, but it might be where it should be for my needs. So this is purely out of curiousity.

Gigabyte Windforce R9 290 4GB, 16gb Hyper X Ram, Asus 5A99FX PRO R2.0, PNY
250GB SSD, Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD

Most probably, CPU is the issue. Most games don't support all of its 8 cores and intel has better per-core performance. Try 4690K.
