My systrem language is in turkey i want to change to english

Hi. You could change the display language with help from here.

NOTE: This will not work in the Home Editions

Essentially, you would need to either:

1) Reinstall the OS with an English version

OR

2) Upgrade the computer to ULTIMATE and install the language pack.
