When I start my computer, my taskbar does not work. If i restart it only the taskbar works, but the windows button isn't working. I have already reset my computer but still have the same problem. Can someone help me please?

Solution
does it do same thing in safe mode?
on logon screen, open power options
while holding shift, click restart button
this restarts PC in blue menu
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose startup options
click the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
Pc will restart and load safe mode

try this
right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth
and press enter

SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

which version of win 10?
right click start
choose run...

one answer to start button not working is log out but I doubt that help if it always happens.

A treatment for the symptom would be to restart Windows Explorer every time this happens. This may allow you to use the Windows button until the next time that it freezes up.

-open task manager (alt-ctrl-del or right click on taskbar and choose it)
-find and select "Windows Explorer"
-click Restart button on bottom right

Maybe you need to go beyond a reset. If the task bar doesn't show in safe mode, windows needs to be reinstalled as its pretty fundamental.

Clean install win 10.

how to copy info off PC before you start
on logon screen, open power options
while holding shift, click restart button
this restarts PC in blue menu
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type notepad and press enter
in notepad, select file>open
Use file explorer to copy any files you need to save to USB or hdd

Once you copied everything off C you want to save,

I have never once seen a successful reset. If it is clean install doesn’t work when you have hardware problems
