Question My ThinkPad P51 doesn't detect external monitor anymore

Today my ThinkPad P51 doesn't connect to external monitor anymore, up to yesterday everything was fine. I know that this morning a Windows Update was installed.

Steps I have taken so far

- run a hardware scan: everything seems ok.
- downloaded and installed from Lenovo download the ThinkPad Video Features (NVIDIA N117) Driver for Windows 10 (Version 1709 or later)

It seems that Nvidia desktop manager says something is missing , yesterday it was working fine.

What am I missing ?

Check to see if you have any BIOS updates pending.

Use GPU-Z and sent us a screenshot of what you see in the first tabbed section.

Try and use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(in Safe Mode) then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's site here;
