My three beauties

I've played quite a few games of Morrowind on the X-box, before getting
the "game of the year" edition, so when I started my latest game, I
thought I'd get Synette Jeline (north of Gnisis), Maurrie Aurmine (on
the road to Pelagiad), and Leles Birian (east of Pelagiad, north of
Vivec) to come and visit me in Balmora.

I'm used to seeing them in their normal locations, so it's amusing to
see them walking up and down the big square in Balmora. Maurrie just
wanders back and forth a little way, Leles wanders about all over the
place, and Synette wanders back and forth outside Dralasa Nithryon's
pawnbroker shop, but sometimes wanders off to the Temple.

To get them there I simply got them to chase me, from their locations
all the way to Balmora, then I hit them with a "Calm Humanoid" spell,
plus a few "Heal Companion" spells to make sure they were alright. My
reason for choosing those three was that they have a rather pretty
face. (They all have the same face, of course.)

I punched Maurrie and Leles, so that they'd start chasing me. That
didn't work with Synette, she's a pacifist (unless you pick up her
ring) so I summoned an Ancestor Ghost and hit her with a poison spell,
so that they'd fight first and *then* she chased after me.

You can't pick up her ring to make her chase you, because she won't
stop fighting you. A Calm Humanoid after you pick up the ring only
calms her temporarily, and you need to calm her permanently.

The usefulness of this maneuver? Absolutely useless! But fun! :)

Lol, that's funny... I gotta try that and lure Maurrie Aurmine to my
bedroom in my Hlaalu stronghold ;-)

Unfortunately, none of them will follow you through a door! (They must
have claustrophobia or something.) You'll have to settle for ducking
behind some bushes of Gold Kanet with them! :)

Casting a domination spell ("greater domination" or
"lesser domination" or whatever it is called) will
cause them to temporarily follow you even through
doors to/from interiors.

Thanks! I'll try it out. There's quite a few girls within houses who I
wouldn't mind getting them to come outside and play!

It was hilarious! I got Aurnie Vanne, from the top floor of the Hlaalu
Council Manor to follow me outside and she was also able to accompany
me to Suran by silt strider.

While in Suran, we went into Desele's House of Earthly Delights and
Aurnie Vanne bashed up the old drunk Daric Bielle for me. Then the
strippers came outside with us and were dancing in the street!

I had a great time! Thanks logan! I'll probably get up to all sorts of
fun stuff like that from now on. Ha ha ha!

Fun with strippers, eh? You haven't lived until you've put Indoril armor
on one, Imperial Steel on another, and Gah-Julan Bonemold on the third.

I got Marelle to follow me to Balmora - now she dances in the square
just inside the front gate!

How would I put armor on them?

Via console:

Drop the armor just in front of you. Open the console and click on the
armor, then you see the name of that piece in the console title, for
example: "common_shirt_01"

Next click on the NPC and type: "equip common_shirt_01"
When you close the console, the armor or clothing gets worn. The armor
on the ground still exists, you can get rid of it by clicking on it
again and typing "disable" (or better "setdelete 1" if you have Tribunal).

There is another console command "AiActivate" which *should* work on
armors. The NPC would walk over to the armor on the ground, pick it
up... and the game crashes. Alas, that's a bad solution. Poor work,
Bethedsa.

I usually equip those slaves I free with some clothes that way. Mostly
taken from the smuggler scum in the same location. :)

If you are playing on XBox, there is no console and no way to equip a
vanilla NPC who wasn't designed as companion. Bad luck then.

That's one thing I like about Nevena's Twin Lamps mod: You can dress,
arm, train, and make a friend of slaves whom you free.

Umm, nope.

I do believe you are refering to Nevena's version of a companion mod, not
her twin lamps & slave hunters mod. I don't have the 'slave companion' mod
installed so the actual title escapes me, but I am running the twin lamp mod
and you don't get to dress the x-slaves, nor do they fight with you.

Unfortunately, I've got the X-Box - no typing! Bad luck indeed!
