So after getting my cpu fan out and in for some reason, my computer started to heat really bad and my top 2 fans were hot and it only happens when i play games like rainbow six siege and far cry primal and then i checked my cpu temp with HWMonitor and it was 90 ° C while in game and i haven't overclocked, and while in desktop it is around 60-75 ° C. so any ideas why? Thanks In Advance.

My Specs
MB: MSI B450M Gaming Plus
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, with the fan came with it.
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2060 VENTUS XS 6GB
CASE: Corsair Carbide SPEC-06 Tempered Glass

Plus my GPU temp is pretty good and average.

Ryzens are dynamic cpus. They'll boost according to power limits and temps. So check your boost values, it's probably boosting higher than it was before.

It's Ryzen, not Intel. Intel sets a limit, and automatically pushes that limit, no hesitation. It's only when maxing out on heat it'll throttle back. Ryzen works the opposite. It'll keep boosting higher until power/temp limits are reached.

It only when you have a cooler big enough to handle the power limits and the cpu is at max possible boost that temps will drop.
