My Toshiba Satellite e55t-a5320 keys "edc" only work occasionally..

I have to manually copy the letter I want to put in because the "c" won't let me. It some times works if I press them rapidly at once to get them to work again but right now they aren't working at all..jahkjdh

99% sure that the problem will require a visit to a paid repair place (unless it's still under warranty). That sounds a lot more like a physical problem than a software or configuration issue.
