And i have no clue what it is, or what i have to do?
Like do i have to clean my laptop or something else?

If over a year old, it's probably a good idea to physically clean the laptop. There are a few options to go through to see what is going on with your system.
You can monitor your temps using a program such as SpeedFan http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php or CoreTemp http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/ to check if heat is an issue - report on temps shown
You can run WhoCrashed http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed which will attempt to tell what the issue is that caused the shutdown
