Hello,
toshiba c655d-s5130 windows wont load blue screen black screen all the bads i have no disks can someone help me out or does a hammer sound best lol...

What exactly is it doing?

Is it starting (Fans spinning Lights come one Splash screen displayed etc)?

Does it produce an error message? The same one everytime?

Beeps?

Have you made any changes lately? Updates?

Make yourself a bootable CD.
If it's just the Win7 gone bad or the hard disk failing, the rest of the laptop could be OK.

Ubuntu Desktop
You can download and burn a complete OS on a CD (or USB thumb drive).
Use F12 a power on and choose CD (or USB if using thumb drive).
For CD use the Try It option and not the install option.
It's not Windows - but all you want to know is that the rest of the hardware (besides the HDD) is still OK.
