Question My touchpad become unstable while charging

Sorry if I wrote this in the wrong sub.

I don't know what's going on with my laptop, usually it doesn't matter if it's charging or not. But suddenly now it's a problem. Many say this is a grounding problem. But even though I use the same charger. I am using Windows 10.

Steps I've taken to improve:
1. Reinstall the driver.
2, Update Windows, bios, etc. to the latest.

If it is indeed a grounding problem, what solutions can be done to fix this?

Or should I reinstall my Windows?

You've stated updating the BIOS to the latest version. You could try and disconnect the battery and press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds to help discharge the laptop and then see if the laptop behaves the same while on wall outlet power alone. Then shut down and reconnect the battery and then see if it exhibits the same issue. Following that, try with both battery and wall outlet power for the laptop.

What is the make and model of your laptop? How old is the laptop's battery?
