My Trust Powered USB Hub won't work

Hello guys,
So I bought some months ago this hub and it will not work ever since.. It shows green light normally but my pc WONT recognize it.. like I didn't plug anything..Tested Voltage from every port and was 5.11 Amps.. I dont know whats wrong..Please help me
My power supply is 5V and 2amps as recommended by the product , official cable for data transfer

is it just not showing up in file explorer or is it not appearing in device manager either

I don't rate Trust products very highly - - - cheap & cheerful bargain basement stuff basically - - - I would buy a better quality brand like Plugable, excellent quality & have never let me down.

Um I appreciate your suggested products but im looking on an answer on how to make mine cause im actually very low on budget :/
