Dude those are air tool fittings, you have some made from zinc or steel, and some made from brass.

When brass and zinc or non stainless steel are in galvanic contact the zinc and iron corrodes, that's what is causing the brown water.

None of that stuff is fastened properly either, it's just a matter of time until a hose blows clean off and sends your entire computer to the junk yard.

Turn it off, drain it, and let a pro set it up properly
What are you using for your loop, specifically?

Blocks, Rads, Coolant?

I'd be inclined to think either/or/all of these potential causes:
1. Mixed metals reacting.
2. Coolant not fit for the metals used
3. No biocide used - algae buildup
4. Incorrect biocide used - reacting with metals or coolant.

I'm using one Radiator with 2 fans, and 2 block for my 2 gpu and pump.
I didn't use biocide

Only distilled water, and I don't have any anti corrosion or algae growth inhibitors in the loop.
and idon't know anything about mixing metals.

Between (very likely) mixing metals & a lack of anything preventative regarding algae etc, this was always going to happen, unfortunately.

No disrespect intended, but if you're running a custom loop, you should be able to state the metals used (or at least the specific components) near off by heart.

Definitely a lot of research required before diving into a custom loop.

Whether or not too much of your loop is salvagable at this point, will depend on the extent of damage.
