Question My Tuf X570 Plus Turn on but no POST no Lights

My X570 Plus is showing power and turn on when press power button, RAM GPU and FAN starts working but POST Light not turn On because of that no display.

Already did below troubleshooting;

1. GPU is working fine on other Board.
2. CPU is working fine on other Board.
3. RAMs working fine on other Board.
4. Did CMOS testing/reset but result is same.
5. Tried different CPU and PSU and result is same.

Board RBS Lights are On when Connect the Power Cable

When press the Power Button everything powered up but no POST Lights

But no POST Lights

Have you tried it with the board outside of the case? I see its not secure at all and powered on, I'm worried the standoffs might of shorted something behind the board.
