[SOLVED] my two ram slots won't work suddenly

I have dell optiplex 7010
one day suddenly it shows Orange light. but when I removed dimm 1, 3 ram it started working plz help guys.
Rams are also fine with 2, 4 slots but not 1, 3 slots (dimm showing orange light).

Are you working with the same sticks of ram for all ram slots? Make and model of the rams? On an OptiPlex an orange light indicates an error with the ssytem. If the slots are what bring up the orange light but the sticks of ram work on the other slots or anotehr system, then the board is liekly compromised/going bad.

Also, you didn't mention which form factor of the OptiPlex 7010 you've got.
